TAS Order
How It Works
1. Complete the Order Form & Payment-approximately 10 minutes
Enter your contact details, organization and team information, feedback report recipient information, and survey launch and close out dates. Select your package and securely complete payment.
2. Confirmation Email with Next Steps
You’ll receive an email with clear instructions, including templates for identifying who should be sent surveys (e.g., team leaders, team members, and customers) and introducing the survey.
3. Provide Participant Information-approximately 10 minutes
Use the TAS Rater List (.csv) to share team leader, team member, and customer names, email addresses, and rater category, and then send it back to The Rocket Model™ team.
4. Introduction Email
Edit and send the customizable Introduction Email to notify raters about the survey. This gives raters a head’s up about the survey, improves response rates, and sets expectations.
5. Survey Administration
Our team manages the survey launch and closeout using the dates you selected, sending survey invitations and reminders to participants. Non-responders will get automatic reminders 5, 3, and 1 day before and on the day the survey closes.
6. Survey Results
When the survey ends, two Team Assessment Survey Feedback Reports will be delivered directly to the designated feedback report recipient. The first will have the team leader ratings combined with those of the other team members and be labeled All Team Members vs. Customers. This report usually gets shared with teams. The second will be labeled Team Leader vs. Team Members vs. Customers. This report is usually only seen by team leaders and facilitators.
